I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience with SbarD was. Skyler worked diligently with my insurance, keeping me informed every step of the way. My installation was flawless—Skyler and his crew were professional AND friendly, on time every day, keeping me posted as to progress, and they cleaned up my property at the end of every day. They protected my flowers and bushes, and were even kind to my stressed out dog. My new roof is beautiful. I am so grateful that I was home when Skyler rang my doorbell, and I’m very happy I trusted my gut when I let him in (I normally can’t shut my door fast enough). This was the first time I have ever had to replace a roof as a homeowner. Obviously i was stressed with insurance and cost. Skyler was a great middle man with insurance and was able to do most the negotiation for me. After insurance paid out, Skyler got right to work. My old roof came down in less than a day and as scheduled the next day Skyler began working. He was beyond professional and very courteous. Now all my neighbors are asking who did the work. I enjoyed working with Skylar. He was very communicative and timely provided updates when necessary. The thicker ridge lines and added drip edge look great. The replaced vents seem to be high quality and working well. The follow up communication has been great on the few minor issues that came up – the reason I even mention this is it shows that this company is local, here to stay, and is will to follow up on anything asked.
